Secure Transactions
It was very important for us to ensure that we provide you a secure and safe shopping experience. We have taken every possible measure to provide absolute security when shopping with Healthy Kidz Online.

Secure Payment Gateway:
We use Australia’s No 1 Payment Gateway called eWay.  They securely process credit card transactions. We do not store or see any of your credit card details.  A seperate email receipt will be emailed to you when your credit card transaction has been successful .

SSL
Our Healthy Kidz Online e- commerce website uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) 128 bit encryption technology by one of leaders in the field, called GeoTrust . SSL locks all information passed from you to the Healthy Kidz Online website in an encrypted envelope. This will ensure that every transaction information including your credit card is safely encrypted before it is submitted over the internet to eWay for processing. DELIVERY & SERVICE PROVIDERS
We endeavor to dispatch your order within 2-3 days of confirming your payment. Once you have placed an online order, you will receive a confirmation order email and once we have dispatched your order you will receive an email notification advising that your order has been shipped. 

Delivery Fee and Service Provider
The Delivery fee, that is displayed during the checkout procedure, is the cost of sending your order, plus our packaging and handling fee. .  All Domestic (within Australia) orders are sent via Australia Post or with Fastway Couriers.

We are currently have set up a FLAT DELIVERY CHARGE ON ALL ORDERS.
You can order as much as you like and you will only pay a flat packing & delivery fee.

As of December 1st 2009 we have a NEW DELIVERY SCHEDULE! Unfortunately, due to the annual price rise in postage and couriers,  we have had to slightly increase the Flat Fee Delivery Fee.

Delivery Address
When placing an order, please enter the correct delivery address details.  If you enter the wrong address, you may be liable for subsequent loss of the products and the re-delivery charges.  For deliveries to a business or other organisation address,  please supply the company /organisation's name, as well as your own.

International Orders
We are happy to take International Orders. This will enable us to work out your postage rates before processing your order. Payment can be made via Bank Deposit before it is dispatched.

 RETURNS/INCORRECT ORDER
Incorrect Order or Damaged/Faulty
We take pride in providing you with a quality delivery of your order, however sometimes problems do occur. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery if an order is late, incorrect or damaged/faulty.  Please provide reference details and contact us via the contact us form  and we will investigate the problem and provide you with a replacement item or a refund at our discretion once we have investigated the situation.

Refunds & Returns
If for any reason you have any concerns about your order by Healthy Kidz Online, please email us using the details on the Contact Us page.  We will endeavour to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.  If you change your mind on NON FOOD ITEMS, you can return the item, providing you notify us within 3 days of  delivery of your order via the  contact us form with reference details.  We do not provide products on a trial basis and therefore, products are non-refundable once opened. NON FOOD ITEMS need to be returned with copy of the invoice and in their original unmarked, undamaged packaging, with postage and packaging  costs charged to you. 
Unfortunately we unable to accept the return of FOOD ITEMS if you change your mind,  so please choose carefully. However, please let us know if there is an issue with your food item!

We are a small retail business and are unable to provide samples of particular products that we sell to people that request it.  We take pride in providing ample information of the product together with the ingredients listings.
